Hail storm

I just wanted to share some crazy pictures with you.

On Saturday morning, around 9:30 a.m., we were all standing at the front window watching the storm because Austin was curious about the noise he heard (thunder) and we were trying to explain it to him. Suddenly, this started happening:

It's hard to get a grasp on the size from these pictures, but they started out at about the size of peas, and then suddenly there was loonie-sized hail falling from the sky. Thankfully, the only thing that was damaged were my tulips.
